The history of the firm dates back to 1994 when Massimo Minasi, originating from a strong legal background, decided to set up his own practice in Messina, Italy.

During the last two decades Mr Massimo Minasi represented corporate and private clients on a wide range of litigation, real estate, civil, commercial and insolvency legal issues.

During the last 10 years we have successfully expanded our business abroad and have assisted a significant portfolio on international clients. We regularly provide professional collaborations to foreign law firms.
